It is her first day, but fortunately, she has a friend she made from her team's try-outs, AIMEE COOKE. During the school day, Josie develops a big crush on one of the city's tier I junior team's rookies who is a student named CADE ALLEN. Meanwhile, taking advantage of the free day he has to unpack before starting his tier I coaching job, RYAN METZGER unpacks and furnishes the new house. However, his next door neighbour, GARRETT D'ANGELO, has other plans once he finds out a retired professional ice hockey player lives next to him. As the characters interact and get to know one another, crazy and funny situations will arise: Josie gets seriously distracted by Cade during her hockey practice, Garrett organizes a meet-and-greet at Ryan's house and self-appoints himself as Ryan's manager. Life has its ups and downs, its trials and errors, its good times and bad times. Throughout the show, Josie's rollercoaster-like life is captured as she reaches out for the goal of playing college hockey.
