​Aylaina MacLeod is a time traveler whose inaugural journey catapults her not to her intended destination, but deep into the 12th century. Landing squarely in the heart of Sherwood Forest, she finds herself thrust into a version of the Robin Hood legend that defies everything she previously knew. ​As Aylaina is drawn into the fold of the Merry Men, she must navigate the complexities of a past she is attempting to reshape. Her primary objective is clear: to right the wrongs of history by altering the course of events that lead to tragedy. ​I've reimagined the iconic figures from the 2006 BBC Robin Hood series, offering a fresh take on our beloved characters: ​Sir Guy of Gisborne: Moving away from a purely dark, Twilight-esque portrayal, this version of Guy is a deeply tortured and brooding soul. However, upon meeting Aylaina, a softer, hidden side of his personality begins to emerge, I try to stay true to the nuance and depth originally brought to the screen by Richard Armitage. ​The Merry Men: The story captures the authentic voices and dynamics of the series' core cast, immersing the reader in the camaraderie and high-stakes environment of Sherwood Forest. ​Note from the Author (Jeannie): This work serves as an expansion and reimagining, specifically incorporating the narrative arc of the final two episodes of the BBC series, "Something Worth Fighting For." These are the further adventures of Sir Guy of Gisborne, Auriel Witch of the Dawn, and their family. As in the There and Back Again Trilogy, there is romance, magic, adventures, sadness and loss, but above all there is love, love of family, and Guy and Auriel's abiding love for each other. I have introduced new characters, and lost some others. I have even inserted myself, and I expect I will be easy to spot. If you have read the Trilogy, I hope you will read this, and if you do, I thank you. My thanks to my son Neil, who continues to support me in all things technological. I write solely in honour of Richard Armitage, a fine actor, who so skilfully brought the Character of Sir Guy to life for me, that he is forever ensconced in my heart.

**UNDER MAJOR REVISION** Lady Rebekah Beaumont has grown up in Brittany, France with her father the Duke of Brittany and now aged 17 she now faces the challenge of moving away from her family and entering a marriage which had been agreed by her father since she was a young child. Being the good girl will Rebekah follow through with her father's wishes or will she rebel?

A comedy/fantasy featuring, as usual, the delightful Richard Armitage. Don't want to give too much away so have a read - hope you like it!

Robin Hood is dead, and Guy of Gisborne has been stabbed by his old adversary, the Sheriff of Nottingham. His body lies in the secret tunnels beneath Nottingham Castle. Michelle of Clun is part of a salvage team sent into the ruins of the castle to locate bodies for burial. She is shocked to discover that Guy is not dead, and makes it her mission to rescue him and nurse him back to health. A short, one-shot story of love and third chances, based on characters from the BBC TV series, Robin Hood.
