When Danny is captured by the GIW and his alter ego is revealed, the GIW discover that the reason Danny survived the portal accident and became a half ghost (instead of outright dying) was because of an anomaly in his DNA. When they attempt to replicate the accident on the other Fentons, it's revealed that Danny and his family aren't blood related. The GIW's new objective is to find Danny's remaining biological family. It's a good thing Danny's biological brother isn't just any ordinary kid. (Disclaimer - Includes graphic depictions of violence and major character death)

Danny Fenton was your average kid up until the accident. When the portal turned on with him in side and killing him half way. He became the hero of his town called Danny Phantom. Danny is captured by the GIW and they plan to gut him like a fish! In order to distract long enough for help to arrive, Danny begins to tell a tall tale about a fight that never happened. He tells them about the time Clockwork the ghost of time fought Pariah Dark the Ghost King. And how no one remembers it.

Time is something that we humans can never control no matter how much we desire to have it. At a young age, Daniel James 'Fenton' knows that Fenton's parents were never meant to have children; yet, something in them told them otherwise. The eldest daughter, 19 years old and a known genius in the field of psychology, is away at college getting her bachelor's degree. Their youngest son is only 12 and is already a disappointment in their eyes. If only they have known the amount of responsibility and respect they hold on those little shoulders. Abandoned by his trusted friends, our young Danny is struggling with a life of being a hero and a felony of the law.

[EDITED DESCRIPTION] Danny was taken by the GIW a year after he got his powers and was held captive, and experimented on for 2 years before he managed to escape and fled to Gotham. Now he has been free for a few weeks and has been living on the streets while hiding from the GIW and a certain teenage team that has been sent to find the "weapon" that the GIW lost. How will this pan out, will Danny become a friend or will he always be seen as a threat to society? Sorry its my first story so its gonna suck and probably not make a lot of sense since I have no clue where I am going with this. Sorry if this story sucks and feedback is welcomed, swearing is not. If anyone somehow finds this ridiculous story thanks for reading. Note: Nobody knows Danny's secret identity and how he learns and gains powers will differ from the shows timeline and plot. The young justice team is just the original team with robin, kid flash, aqualad, superboy, miss martian, and artemis Also I will not go off of a specific plot or reasoning from either show this plot will belong to me and if you try to make it fit somewhere into either series timeline(s) it won't make any sort of sense (partially because its been a while since I've watched them and a lot is based off vague memory and other fanfictions).
