Tanjiro's family was brutally murdered by Muzan Kibutsuji. Tanjiro himself, was peacefully sleeping in the house when the door was broken down and his family dead. Muzan walked to him, and told him, 'Follow me, I'll give you a better home.' and Tanjiro did. He became Muzan's most loyal servant, soon Muzan felt the urge to protect and care for both Tanjiro and his sister, Nezuko. ! I don't own the characters in this story, neither do I own the art ! ! Tanjiro rushed back to the house in shock as he saw his family lying on the cold dry floor covered in their blood lifeless, his eyes lost colour and his blood boiled with anger, he wasn't angry at the ones who killed his family but at himself for not protecting them Tanjiro had a great sense of smell and hearing and was able to sense breathing from Nezuko one of his siblings, though she was different, could she have became one of those demons?
