Would a real villain do that? They let Dream stay out of prison. As long as he doesn't go near the countries and that's what Dream does. He stays away with Techno. Feeling like prison and it's new form of exile that they have given Dream, is not enough. They March with swords in hands. Techno, Dreams protector failed. Now Techno must travel around and try to find away to bring the admin back.
