The movie "She's all That" and Taylor Swifts song "How you get the Girl" inspired me to write this one shot for you guys. Once at the hospital, Dipper had been diagnosed with a terminal sickness giving him only two weeks to live. During the time Dipper was in hospital, Will confesses his love to Dipper Gleeful, who accepts and returns his affection, soon becoming friends with Mabel.
