He has been feeling lonely since Santana met some girl named Brittany and since Rachel moved in with Finn. But what happens when Santana dragges Kurt back to Lima Ohio to go meet Brittany. Kurt just started his college life at NYADA, while also working at Vogue.com. Even though Kurt wanted to believe it was; college isn't that different from high school. The only difference there is, it's easier to drop out to follow your dreams, even if that means leaving people behind.
