What happens when Daryl Dixon finds an injured, starving young woman who is on the brink of death (Opal Kateryn Sterling, my OC and the place character for the reader) in the forest surrounding the prison in season 3...? ⚠ Disclaimers- 1. This is my first story and I have no set plan! I do have a general idea and have some rough draft OCs, but I still have to find actors/characters to use as inspiration for their appearances and a bit of their backstory! I will make chapters completely over new characters or OC added into the story the chapter after they are introduced! 2. There will definitely be TWs so I will put those at the beginning of the chapters and try my very best to make them chapters you can skip if you are uncomfortable or are triggered by the themes. 3. There will most likely be smut 😏... BUT I will include smut in the TWs if there is any in a chapter!

Kat is the eldest daughter of Hershel and the rock of the Greene family. Through thick and thin she has kept them together, but when the apocalypse breaks out there is only so much she can do against the one thing she has never been able to fight... Death. I will only say this once. I do not own anything except for my own character and any plot lines she causes that were not depicted in the show. I am Australian so beware of different spelling for things like 'mum' and 'colour.'

Pheobe meadows had been with the Greene family since just after the apocalypse took over, once Rick and his group found sanctuary at the farm she had grown extremely found of most of them. After the farm was taken over by the dead everyone thought Pheobe meadows was dead, after the group found the prison and baby Judith was born Daryl and Maggie seek out anything that could help the new born, what they didn't expect was to find their sposedly desceced redhead friend camped out in a preschool. After being welcomed back she couldn't help but notice she's not the only one whose changed (Oc x Rick grimes)

I've just uploaded chapter 11 when I'm writing this and if you were wondering the Daryl story line starts to heat up around this chapter. It's not a fast instantly falling in love book, but the characters start to get closer after chapter 11 if you were interested. :) I don't own TWD, obviously, or any of the characters, apart from my own main character. I also don't own the original TWD plot, obviously, but i do own my own little twists and turns in the original TWD plot made by me. This is my first TWD fanfiction so i hope you enjoy :) Please do comment as i really enjoy reading them, they make my day.
