just my own custom lore for the game (This is not official in any way its just my interpretation of lore so if you don't like it you can leave)

By day she goes by Tiffany Wright, but by night she goes by Red Swift, the first of the new breed of superhumans, created by an organisation called RaMCO. She fights crime that seems mundane for a superhero like her, but that's about to change when she finds out she's not the only ones mutated by RaMCO, and leads her to discover the plot to destroy the city. She's starting to wonder what other things RaMCO is hiding behind lead-sealed walls.
