Even though some SCPs do exist, the SCP Foundation or any of the other GOIs do not exist as such, or they are other academies (I haven't worked on a Chaos Insurgency or a Serpent's Hand academy or school, I may do it some other time) So yeah, there isn't a REAL connection between the SCP-verse and the Girls und Panzer world. This is more of a inspiration of the SCP-verse that I want to add to the famous anime not a connection.
