"I would never like someone like you." She scoffs, looking down. "You don't have to stand alone anymore, Riley. I'm here now." He says holding her hand firmly, yet gentle.

Josh and Maya have everything; a loving marriage, three kids and a successful company, but what happens when tragedy strikes while Josh is on board a flight home from business? Now, as Josh recovers in the hospital it's up to Maya to take over the company as well as keep the house in order. Will she be able to manage it all or will too much responsibility break her and strain her relationship with Josh?

Riley left her junior year to be a foreign exchange student and study abroad. When she returns her senior year she does not come back to life as she expected it to be. Lucas is the bad boy, Maya is a cheerleader, and Farkle is no where to be found. The only thing that is normal is that Charlie still wants her. Lucas was broken when Riley left. He never spoke, he barely ate, and he just wasn't happy. How could he be happy when his ray of sunshine was gone? Suddenly he finds him self in a dark hole. He sleeps around, he parties, he even picks on people like Farkle and Zay who used to be his best friends. Then suddenly Riley comes back, the ray of sunshine comes back. Will these two be able to find their way back to how they used to be? Get back to what they fought so hard for? Will they find a way to get back to each other?
