He spent his days aimlessly wandering the world without a sense of purpose or the color of living. He felt as if he was in a never-ending dream, unable to wake up. He often found himself at a loss, unable to remember what he had been doing moments before. But then suddenly, he began to feel faint stirrings of memories from his past, as if a part of him was slowly beginning to return. He could feel the presence of those whom he had lost and the memories of his life before the war. He was no longer the same boy he had once been; the war had changed him irrevocably. But the memories of his past gave him a newfound strength and hope for the future as he found the clothed figure in the abandoned facility, unknowingly activates it without contact whilst gaining small reminiscing memories with a lily necklace. Though they aren't based off the Male image and are made completely out of metal and artificial flesh, they were advanced enough to develop personalities on by being surrounded by humans. They have stood their ground for the greater good of humanity and were deployed to settle human-like war disputes, later on they were slowly replaced with the more advanced and more complex Androids known as Nikke's (Humanoid Brains transplanted into Android bodies.) But during this phenomenon they abruptly vanished and was replaced by an Elite group that came after them, known as the Goddess Squad that was led by a Legendary Commander and by their Late leader Lilith. As the raptures have invaded the surface, the prophets have been MIA ever since. They haven't been searched for by anyone, just for the mere reason that the Central Government have wiped all information on them out of all of the Ark's history banks.

Far, far away from the Ark, a lone conservative city stands against the storm on the surface: the New Age Capital, often simply referred to as "the Capital" by its residents. The civilization's ruler, Conspectio, is also the CEO of Horoma Engineering, the Capital's largest Nikke manufacturer. Its logo is an eye and its slogan is "May Horoma open our eyes to the path to victory." The story follows Stella, a commander from the Capital, and a squad of Nikkes under her command: the calm latte-haired Hirelle, dressed in green; the aggressive pink-haired Halsey, dressed in red; and the mysterious blonde Hanna, dressed in blue. Throughout their various adventures, they meet many new individuals and make both friends and foes. In the end... Will Horoma truly open the people's eyes to the path to victory?
