Their plan was to create an empire with ultimate control. To achieve this, they kidnapped or bought boys and young men from ages 5 to 25 and trained them to be soldiers. Men were forced to serve in the military until the age of 40, as a result, the population experienced a dramatic decline. This regime lasted for 60 years, only being destroyed after people in the top seats were assassinated by the militia members that had managed to infiltrate the regime. The militia was formed after Romachov was completely taken over in 1412.
