Godking Stories

The Godking is all-powerful, ever-knowing, and extremely benevolent, yet there are those who see the darker side of his rule. They are the Eternals, and will stop at nothing to see him fall. While not being able to take on the Godking in an all out fight, they must resort to guerilla tactics, most notably: Ambushes... "To the silverbloods, who are eternally unchanging, we are abnormal, unpredictable. Finally, tensions snapped and the silverbloods attacked mankind, who had begun to exploit the knowledge and gifts given to them. They burned a path of destruction through our kingdoms, letting the world know their fury at our ungratefulness. The oceans boiled with rage and the heavens cried with despair." "We owe our lives to the Godking and his four goldblood warriors, who drove them back beyond the Eastern Mountains and have continued to watch over humanity until today. However, times are changing and ancient views no longer suffice. Our peace is one built off of war: it will not last." A princess with no crown or castle. A warrior with no ties or loyalty. Alex didn't think his life could be any worse. He had finally stopped his brother. He had finally found his Mate and now he was planning to spend eternity making her happy. Then reality sets in. An ancient terror of the universe attacks and it is up to Meredith and Alex to stop it. However, nothing goes according to plan. Meredith once more perishes as Alex gives everything to take revenge. While doing so he is mortally wounded. Then the unthinkable happens. The terror they faced cursed Alex to a fate far worse than death. He sends Alex back in time to when he first shifted. Although Alex thought it would be great, he failed to remember the curse. A curse that does not allow Mates. Causing both to burn at a single touch. He sets out to make things right with everyone and more importantly he needs to break the curse. All he wants is his Mate. His Beloved. His Soul Mate. And he will not stop until he gets her.

The world is broken, the God King's forces have retreated to their city-turned ark ship as they prepare to leave, and the rebellion is desperate to escape while they still have the chance. Only one thing is certain: the God King's empire will leave this world in twenty-four days, and with their departure, the world will end. Sometimes, all it takes is a gentle nudge to affect the course of events. Sometimes, the whims of one individual can alter the course of an empire. Othaashle, Deathknight, Champion of the God King's undead super soldiers has a secret, one that could cripple not only herself, but the empire's most elite fighting force. But when rumor reaches her that the rebels might hold a source of ancient power, the Throne of Darkness, she believes it could be the solution to all her problems. Now Othaashle must race for the Throne and extract its location from the rebellion before they use it for themselves, or her rivals within the God King's empire beat her to it. All while the world crumbles around her. But all power comes with a price. Will the Throne's be too high?
