In a kingdom shrouded in darkness and fear, there reigns a queen who bears a powerful, deadly curse: every living thing she touches dies instantly. As a child, she was once beloved by her people, renowned for her beauty and grace. But after a mysterious curse took hold of her, she became known as "The Masked Queen." Griving the death of her husband by demonio creatures infesting the kingdom outside the safety of the walls. In a desperate attempt to protect others, she has since covered every inch of her skin in fine silk and ornate armor. A mask conceals her once-cherished face, hiding her pain and sorrow beneath a facade of mystery.

Rejected at first, she played it off. Her life is already full of events, weird ones at that. Slowly she just comes to realize that she has power, then the discovery of her being the moon goddess's daughter, and her parents really are not her parents. Then she has to Choose which mate she wants, but the thing is, will she choose the right one? It's on her the fate of the wolves, and she must make that tough decision.

I awoke that morning in a start, the nearby shuffle of foliage and snap of twigs rousing me from a nights slumber. Eyes still blurry, and mind returning from a thick fog, the doe continued to pick her way through the brush- undisturbed by my presence. The gentle morning sun filtered through the leaves in rays, raining down on the forest ground with gentle yellows, and dappled her hide in gold. I knew she didn't look at me in fascination as the way I did her, and that was fair.

What has happened to America? Why have so many forgotten God? These are the questions that went through my mind as I wrote this particular poem. I love my country, but I am saddened and angry with it as well. What is written within are simply my views of this country and what is wrong with it.

When a young girl and her brother walk into the town of Le Belle on horses, guns strapped to their waists, most people thought that the must have been coming to cause some trouble.
