She asked gingerly, a bit quietly as well- barely keeping her cool and stopping the shaking from appearing too obviously, maintaining her poker-face as she looked at Miki. "Well," She started, tapping her chin in genuine thought, seeming to think nothing of the question," I would presume you could end up going to the government and possibly be imprisoned or handled by them somehow or, with the scientists and mechanics and all who create them...Or end up abandoned on the side of the road and replaced." She answered whole-heartedly. "Oh!" Was all I managed to say, looking like it was fine and I was just curious. She had no clue how scared I was. ~~~~ Astra, a young, 17-year-old teenage girl whom ended up on a planet in the year of 2034 and had no idea how she got there, or how she ended up in the situation she now sat and had to play in. Miki, had found Astra, whom was found in a bit beaten and dirtied state. She was also found beside a house that would seal her fate in the situation; she would soon come to know the home as well. Miki, a young girl who is around the age of Astra, is a bright, bubbly girl whom found her outside of a house who's owner she was soon bound to meet. Miki had been excited and cheered for she had found her and she needed a 'robot' to enter a race she was going to be in.After the race was over, Miki and Astra meet a 19 year old boy: Aiden (or should it be Lucas?). A friend of Miki who is extremely bright, handsome, but a bit tough and skeptical...Who as well doesn't take too much of a liking to Astra a first. Miki brings her in the ship to the house she was found in, who also happened to have a delivery of a 'robot' that day...the owner turning out to be Aiden (or should it be Lucas??). So dealing with a case of Amnesia she has 2 learn to survive and try to act how a 'robot' would in this world as best she can from watching and thinking. *(Aiden or Lucas?)

Imagine the insanity of living in the growing cold winter-the freezing feeling of your soul being sucked away...but not only by that, but from loneliness too...Being the last person on Earth and all, the nuclear explosion causing tons of deaths, and the strange radiation leaving the whole worlds existence in peril due to a disease,a sickness, a bug, or you could even say it was a plague. The radiation also left mutated animals as well though, and some of them aren't all that pretty. Here's the point: I'm the last one alive, barely surviving by visiting my...my was to be my retiring father as he was giving me a tour of the army base it being a miracle that we were in the atomic safe room at the time, as he had proudly showed me everything...the gleam in his eyes as he spoke about our nation, our strength... I'll never forget it...Or him. But then theres this: I'm growing sick by day...though its been 4years since that dreadful day-- when this hell had started + my antibiotics running low...I'm in a mess. To make it worse, I just came up upon a half-demon who won't tell me what he wants from me, or how he survived. He said there is1other, but I can't meet them, that they will kill me at sight. I don't know if I have to plague or not, and I think I'm falling in love...and I don't think you're supposed to love a demon, even a 1/2... I don't think My father would ever approve. Strangely, I'm told that by him that if a demon (even a half-demon) ever saves a human but giving them their own life-force, the demon will cease to exist... To make this all worse, I think I'm falling...& if I am, I think I'm falling hard&hopefully, I think he is too. But I'm falling into my bed instead of his arms; growing weaker by day there is nothing to say, but those words you said to me,"...I'll never forget about you-" Then its all black.

When your on the sheer edge of destruction of yourself and insanity that is burning through your veins-- your mind as a fire dwells inside you that's a flame instead of a heart which Burns the fires of hell from inside out, driving you mad in pain when alone and abandoned from such a young age: being left alone in this such dark, hellish world growing with you own insanity, trying to still keep a mind, and all you can do is scream..... Where you could easily be closed off-- to kill that spark of flame with a single blow--a fire dead without oxygen--which could end all the suffering turning to oil as you could pull out your own flame with a single touch-- to be unlit. What Would you do?

Haruno is a 16 nearly 17 year old girl who grew up with practically no real family, no real friends, and no normal life. Hardly leaving the house and only was taught by private tutors, Haru is a naturally sweet girl but lacks in most of "social experiences". Despite this, she is constantly cheerful and hopeful (for the most part) and is always anxious to learn. Shinichi is a natural charmer, but despite his success with women, Shinichi has always feared obligation. Shinichi is gifted for learning. A teacher inspired him in high school to be a teacher. While he hasn't officially finished his studies, he was willing to take up a job. He can be sarcastic and blunt but he is a reliable person. When the two meet, they start to grow onto each other almost immediately... But with such different lives, will they ever be able to pass the teacher-student relationship? Hey, my names Aren, but anyone who knows me calls me by my nickname- "Gumi". Ya, you read that right: "Gumi." I always think of sour patch kids when I think of it, and at the moment I can't quiet remember why or how it became my nickname, but that's besides the point. I'm just your average high-school girl I guess who is a struggling artist and writer, why am I struggling? Because I can never finish a damn book or find my own unique style of drawing and only try to mimick others. I'm also your average stubborn, hot headed, athletic girl who has been in love only once, and I'm rather ashamed of it as well, but besides that, i have no clue how to...fall in love with a guy in real life. How do you talk to them? How do you..act? And also, how do I solve this math equation?! Anyways, this book is about me discovering the new world and life high school had coming for me, with some love on the side- but most importantly of all... It's about me finding my style.
