Velvie grew up in a broken home, as she grew older it became obvious. When Velvie became a teenager she got sent into space in a ship by her parents since their home planet was crumbling, leaving her unconscious for a whole year until Velvie crashes into the backyard of Cameron Porras, who calls his best friend Kit Butler to figure out what it is. After Kit arrives, bring his daughter Lulu along and they go to investigate. That's when the ship opens and reveals Velvie, who now adapted to look more human. One day on Vevie's way home from work she is captured by a man named Dante Rigiro, he takes her to his lab where he tries to experiment on her. There Velvie meets many more of Dante's experiments and befriends them, they all plan to escape. On the night of the escape Velvie finds some files in Dante's office that brings her closer to finding her parents and getting home. Velvie and all the experiments escape and go back to Cameron's where she shows him the files. After several days of planning between Cameron, Kit, Lulu and Velvie they figure out how to get her home and to her family, but what she doesn't realize when she gets there is that it's all gone, including her parents.

It all started with a simple vacation, having fun and meeting new people, thats what Alice's definition of a vacation but somehow she met someone new, they became friends and gained love for each other but as days passed by, they got in a fight but not too long as they forgave and confess the love that they had for each other. When the vacation was finally over, they keep on seeing each other but somewhat Luke leaved Alice for no reason. As years passed by, Alice forgot about their relationship and moved on but somehow a letter was delivered right into there house and Alice was shocked on what she saw and read. "Luke is coming back!" What will she do, if someone she loved comes back to her life? Will she forgive him? or let him suffer, the way she had suffer before?

After Diana's passing, her children started to follow in her footsteps but one day there was an attack on the town and throughout her children's letters you'll see what they'll do...let's see if they make it

The following chapter was written as a tie-in with the Going Home (The Survivalist) series of books by Angery American. I submitted it for approval to begin a novel and, alas, it was not chosen. So, here it is, a single chapter. Below is the synopsis. "When an EMP strikes the US, a college professor from the east coast living in Wyoming finds he is terribly unprepared for a life without power. He must deal with death and mayhem from a myriad of bad actors including his own 'beloved' federal government."
