6 different teenagers walk into their Junior year like they have every other year. 6 different teenagers, almost all in different social groups, all have different stories. Aaron's parents divorced and then he moves schools, separated from his twin brother Mark. Kira's mother is going through cancer, causing her great anxiety. Rylee is bullied every day by the same group of boys for being a band nerd and used to suffer from anorexia. Mark's parents divorced and lost his brother and father, leaving him alone with his Mom. Henry pretends like he has it all, while he struggles with academics. Emme wishes for a normal family, but only has her abusive father. As Junior year progresses, the 6 teens paths cross in ways they would never think. Friendships are made, renewed, and destroyed. *This story may cover some sensitive topics*

From the thrill of sports day to the quiet wonder of library books, from bunking classes to group photos that freeze time, this poem takes you on a heartfelt journey through the moments that made our teenage years special. People entering into old age often spend time in melancholy thinking their time is over and now they are despicable, useless and disposable commodities. On the contrary, they are massive sources of knowledge, experiences and information. They deserve all the respect, admiration and credit for what they have done to build the future of their children, regions and the country. Without their contributions, the present young generation would never been in the same stage and mankind would have been lagging way behind.

‎ ‎ ‎We never realize we're living in the golden days until they're gone. ‎ ‎There was a time when life felt simpler. When childhood stretched endlessly, friendships felt unbreakable, and every moment seemed to last forever. A time of late-night laughter, quiet innocence, and dreams unburdened by reality. But time has a way of slipping through our fingers, turning what was once ordinary into something we long to relive. ‎ ‎But time moves forward, whether we're ready or not. The past slips further away, leaving us with only echoes of what once was. Golden Days is a journey through memory-a love letter to the moments that shaped us, the people who made us, and the bittersweet truth that nothing stays the same. ‎ ‎For anyone who has ever longed to go back, even just for a moment-this book is for you. ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎

Inspired by two songs When the Day Met the Night & Golden Days -- both by Panic! at the Disco. ------ -------------- ------ Instead of going to the beach or hanging out with friends, Serena Clarke spends her summer underneath the tree in her front yard with a book in her hand. Jack Brown spends his summer contemplating his existence and battling his depression. One day, when Jack is on a walk to clear his mind, he sees Serena. She is beautiful and Jack instantly falls in love with the sight of her. He begins to walk down her street more often because just the sight of her made him beyond happy. Serena notices the boy eventually and confronts him. He looked like he was barely hanging on. But her eyes saved his life in the middle of the summer...

Welcome to my collection of poems, written from the heart of a teenager. Many of these poems were written by me during my early teenage years, when emotions ran wild and words flowed freely. The poems include my thoughts and deams about various things like from our life experiences to the beauty of nature. I hope you find a piece of yourself in my words and enjoy the journey through my poetry. P.S: The first poem might be a bit cringeworthy as I was still figuring things out! But stick with me, and I promise you'll see improvement as you go through all the poems or move towards the end of the collection.
