Many people have heard of the story, Journey to The West, with the story centered on the pilgrims and the great Tang monk. But what of the characters outside of their story? People who have faced their own suffering and earned happy endings in glory and power. The Camel Ridge brothers were known in the story as the three malicious demons who planned to devour the Tang monk and gain immortality or perhaps gain higher power from the holy flesh. The Azure lion, Yellow tusk elephant, and Golden-winged eagle. Three are sworn brothers with similar goals and motives, though both Azure lion and Yellow tusk only aimed to eat the Tang monk, while the Golden-winged eagle wished to grant the monk as a gift to the peacock princess and pursue marriage. But what if there's more to the story than what is given? What if the brothers' have a greater goal in mind? What if the peacock princess has more to her character? What if the relationship between the eagle and the peacock isn't all there is to the written book?
