He also has this pure, unexplained hatred for his own father. At least, he never explained why, quoting "It's none of your business, brat" (I suck at descriptions but just read to see if this is good or nah) (Gold is 19 in this story, Silver is 22) (swapped pov's, ch. 1 is Gold, ch. 2 is Silver, ch. 3 is Gold and so on, unless stated different)

Silver had a terrible childhood. He'd always be mauled around by his father, being the complete jerk that he was, mistreating his son. Finally the day came when that dreaded Giovanni had his life end. And he was free. He could live a good life from now on. But over those five years of freedom, he realized something. This is based off of the games (eeeven though the cover art is Pokespe), a few years after the events of GSC. Gold and Silver are somewhere around 15-16 years old (they have no canon age so I just went with those). Gold doesn't have a personality in the games, so he kinda acts like his Pokespe counterpart.
