before the war started in Scotland two gargoyles Goliath and Demona heard a baby cry and they flew towards her and they were afraid of what would happen to her when they saw her abandoned she was freezing cold and sick so they took her back to wyvern castle to feel better and at the time they thought that it would be best to raise the baby as there own as years went by they've named her Esmerelda or "Esme" for short and she was having fun with her family till the war started and from that point forward she was taught magic spells, self defense, and learning how to use weapons when she goes to battle, but then the massacre happened and the gargoyles were betrayed and cursed forever, but that's not all Demona was murdered and Goliath and Esme were so upset that she will never see her mother ever again, when magus casted the spell on esme to forever walk the earth as an immortal she was never the same without her family ever again.
