They reach out in hopes of having more allies against the LOV. Before that The World Hero Association had released all the hidden and formerly forbidden knowledge about both Teyvat and the Mainland to the public, stating that everything is 100% factual. They did this before reaching out in hopes of making it easier for the people of Teyvat and the people of the Mainland. However, people are skeptical. There is an exchange program happening between the Outside, Teyvat, and the Mainland as both Class 1A and 1B along with Shinsō Hitoshi, Hatsume Mei, and the Big Three of UA are transferred to Teyvat Academy due to a traitor being among the two classes. The people of the Outside (mostly the students) believe that they will finally be able to save these "quirkless" people from the "villains". Both the people of Teyvat and the Mainland just hope that they can show these people the truth and finally have peace from the Outside. To make sure that things stay peaceful Zhōnglí created a contract that states that they shall be responsible for their own citizens. Which means that if they do something wrong, you report to their respective teacher or adult from either Teyvat, the Mainland, or the Outside. However, during school hours, teachers are allowed to give detentions.

The journey of Adam and Eve through multiple timelines with every chapter being a whole new timeline throughout the multiverse with many different genres as well. The first few chapters were designed to be very short. I wanted the readers to see how the characters come together before the story starts to really take off.

Villain: The person or thing responsible for specified trouble, harm, or damage. From the old French vilein. Malcolm Trenton Silverton- Hawkins knew the meaning better than most people, seeing as he was also The Glass Menace, a super villain that was feared by most of Silverton. When he stumbles on something that could tear the Hero Alliance/ Villain Association apart, certain people will do anything to make sure he is silenced. In any way possible. There are some fights that heroes just can't win, but luckily for him, he never claimed to be a hero, nor would he ever be one. They want to fight dirty? He'll show the world just how bad he can be.
