First the deliberate sabotage back in academy days, then team 7 with Kakashi spending most of his focus on Sasuke and lastly Jiraiya who he originally thought would've done right by him only to have wasted his 2 and half years. This time around wants to rebuild himself on his own terms, through his own wit and resilience while also having a certain young assistant to the Hokage by his side to grow with him.

What if Naruto was forced to tell Hinata and Neji his secret on his 13th birthday? How does this impact his friendship with Hinata? Takes place after the Land of Vegetables mission.
