Prayers inspired by Scripture, creatively worded to praise and glorify God. I will put Bible verses at the top of each chapter to show & prove what I'm basing my prayer on. Prayer is a conversation or communication with God. You can always pray to God. You don't have to base it on Scripture or make it sound formal, as if you're talking to the king of a nation. God is all-knowing and everywhere at once. He took on flesh to bear our sins so we can have an intimate relationship with him, if we believe in him. (2 Peter 2:24; Colossians 1:21-23; 2 Corinthians 5:17-21; Ephesians 2:13; Hebrews 4:14-16; James 4:8) He wants to know you, even though he already does. If you are mad at him or upset with him, tell Him! He is the creator of the world! He already knows what you're bothered by. Don't let that hold you back. If you do pray, or haven't in a while, I hope this inspires or renews you to pray more intently, passionately, or consistently. If you've never prayed before, I hope this book will get you to take a step of faith and pray to him. (His waiting on you 😉) This is for my brothers and sisters in Christ, to share our love for God and glorify him creatively. Please read the verses, write your own prayer, and meditate on God's word (the Bible). I welcome you to share your prayers in the comments or make your own posts, you can DM if needed. But make sure they're based on Scripture! That's how we stay close to the truth.

It is wonderful how much time good people spend fighting the devil. If they would only expend the same amount of energy loving their fellow men, the devil would die in his own tracks of dissatisfaction. The devil made me do it. Those who play with the devil's toys will be brought by degrees to wield his sword.

Memory's dreams were filled with visions of places she'd never seen, of people she'd never met. The strange incidents haunted her, stealing her sleep and leaving her weary and on edge. The lack of sleep, coupled with mounting stress, began to chip away at her sanity. Voices, barely audible whispers, began to weave their way into her consciousness. Terror gripped her heart. Was she losing her mind? Desperately seeking solace, she confided in her childhood friend, only to discover that she, too, was plagued by the same unsettling phenomenon. With a desperate resolve, Memory decided to try to confront her fears head on. But before she can truly faced them, she died. Tragically. Without warning. Without a pause.
