We all know that when He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Names attacked Godric hollow Lilly and James died while harry lived and was sent to the Dursleys, but what if Harry's parents lived? During Harry's second year, the incident and rumor about Harry being "The Heir of Slytherin" has reached Fudge. And being the normal paranoid man he is, he sent Aurors to arrest the boy. Harry pleaded not guilty and begged Dumbledore for help. But, Dumbledore ignored the boy in fear of losing his job. harry gets a letter from gringotts imidiately after his name comes out of the goblet, read on as harry finds his way with the help of an italian dream and a while hoard of protective snakes and maybe even a sane and stupidily adoreable dark lord
