Scar escaped them. He broke free from their curse in season six. But the freedom is short lived, as Scar's burden returns. He begins to lose control of himself, lost in power, and it's up to Bdubs to make a choice. Return Scar to normal, or continue to stay loyal to the mayor's side. The choice is harder than Bdubs realizes. Love is vexing, isn't it? - I only ship the Minesonas, and if either Scar or Bdubs claim to be uncomfortable with shipping, I will take this story down.

This story starts right after chapter 15 of Double Hearted by Kitsuneisi on Tumblr. Cover art was also created by Kitsuneisi. After Grian is released from the hospital things aren't the same between Hotguy and Cuteguy. Hotguy trying to make up for his mistakes leads to an unexpected discovery that could change the lives of mutants everywhere, and changes his relationship with Grain and Cuteguy. They grow closer as the world around them changes. This is also my first fanfiction in 5-6 years I want to note that I am a physically disabled man myself and an ambulatory wheelchair, cane, and brace user, so a lot of what I write in this about experiencing disability is based on my own personal experiences. I, however, do not have a neuromuscular condition like Scar and this will definitely not be accurate to his real condition.

Hermit City is a city of heroes and villains, and Grian is one of its most reliably factual and truthful reporters. So reliable, in fact, that the Heroes' Association values him and his reports enough that they assigned him a bodyguard: HotGuy himself! Grian and Scar have been doing this for years, now, and their relationship is more than just that of bodyguard and charge. It might even be more than just a friendship! Their time to explore and find out what they are to each other is cut short when Grian starts investigating the famous Pearl Moon case, and Scar isn't there to protect him.

They'd gotten out. After being stuck as gladiators in that god-forsaken arena for who knows how long, they got out. Now the only problem is staying out, but how? None of them knew which way the exit was, so they scattered. Even if not all of them made it, it would be worth it if some of them could make it out. Tango had a little accident while testing his inators, and turned more than half of the hermit population to 3-5 year olds. The other hermits will have to work together to take care of the younger hermits till they can find a way of turning them back to adults again. Majority of this book is made out of fluff. When Grian joined Hermitcraft, he had no idea how he'd gotten there. Or who he was (other than his name). In fact, he didn't remember anything about his past life at all. So he starts over on Hermitcraft, making new friends and starting a new life. However, as time goes by, he starts remembering more about himself, bit by bit, seeing his past life through dreams and memories.
