For his own safety and protection, he's put under the care of a half-human, half-elf named Alïa Rivenelric who's come from a very long line of mentors who have trained and protected the Chaos Bearers from evil until they are fully ready. But lurking in the mist are those who want the magic all for themselves. Renegado's who work for Corrupted Mages and those controlled by Myrka will do anything to capture the Chaos. Alïa needs to keep Aiden safe while he learns to control his powers, but that won't be easy.
