During a rare collaborative concert at the Hong Kong Coliseum featuring BTS, GOT7, Stray Kids, and Cantopop legends Grasshopper, an ancient, dormant virus is released from a secret facility beneath Kowloon Walled City. As infected "zombies" overrun the city, Parker escapes through underground tunnels and across the harbor with the idols. Seeking refuge on Lantau Island, the group discovers that the outbreak is not a mere viral pandemic, but an ancient, living curse driven by a entity known as the "Hollow Root". She encounters root-worshipping cultists, mutated creatures, and surreal visions. As she bonds with her allies and navigates dangerous ruins, she discovers that the Root perceives her as its intended vessel or "reflection." After confronting mutated versions of themselve and rejecting the entity's influence, they unleash a counter-attack that forces the infection to recede, leaving her with a mysterious connection to the entity as the surviving group resolves to rebuild the city. I do not own any of the characters (except for my OC Parker), images, GIFs, or videos used in the story. The story itself and the translations from Mandarin to English are all mine.

Parker and her allies-including Jackson, Chan, RM, Felix, Yugyeom, Jin, Edmond, Calvin, and Remus-discover a bleeding fissure at the base of the mountain. Descending into the cavern, she encounters the "Forgotten Ones"-a tomb of erased souls and unspoken truths from Hong Kong's past. As the ground collapses into the "Forgotten Plain," she is forced through fractured realities, facing emotional traps, grief, and memories of lost loved ones. Deep within, she encounters the Architect and a towering Golem constructed from old newspapers, photographs, and prayers. Using lyrics and themes of unity, friendship, and sacrifice, the team fights back. Finally, by embracing both grief and hope rather than destroying the past, she triggers a "Rebirth," breaking the entity's hold and clearing a path toward a new dawn over Victoria Harbour.

An unfortunate incident landed Jackson back to Ellie's life. She agreed to give them a second chance. Can they face all the problems they face to get their happy ending? Will their differences come in the way? Follow the journey as Jackson and Ellie tried to be a normal couple this time. This is a sequel from "Arranged Marriage". This can be read as standalone, but you'll get better understanding if you read the first book as well as some chapters in my one shots.

Reaching the deepest subterranean cathedral, she claims the ancient Rootless Blade-a weapon capable of severing memory and root connections- and drives it into the core, purging the corruption and freeing the city once again.
