As an 18 year old, he lives with his parents in a small, rundown house in the Narrows, within the heart of the Gotham. Gotham City is known by most to be a very dangerous city where in it darkness thrives in every corner. As crime rates continue to rapidly grow and Gotham becomes much less safer and unstable to live in, Bailey Wayne and Jack Napier must find a way to survive it with or without each other, or it might just cost them their sanity.

When a seven year old Persephone Jackson is left orphaned after her beloved mother is murdered not by Greek monsters, but by the one living in her home, she is sent to an orphanage in Gotham (as per her mothers' dying wish-as there was a protective barrier around Gotham that slowed the influx of monsters)). Not two weeks into her miserable stay at said orphanage, she is adopted by one Bruce Wayne. From there her life was permanently altered by fates design.

Joker and Harley Quinn are the King and Queen of crime in Gotham. Many have said that the Joker is an abusive boyfriend while Harley has Stockholm Syndrome. However, they just don't know the couple. For however mentally unstable one can be, we all have feelings, including... the Joker. Started as a psychiatrist, now the Joker's accomplice. Was it the Joker who manipulated Harley or was it someone from her troubled past that had manipulated her into falling for Mr J? I don't own any of the characters or the names of places in this book.
