"stratt, please don't do this." my lip quivered, voice cracking as i stared at the woman who was about to seal my fate in one single command. "i have to lyra, I'm sorry." but i knew she wasn't sorry, not at all, there was not a single ounce of guilt written on her face. "don't you think its cool how your named after a constellation?" Ryland asked me, looking like he was about to go on a long rant about the history of the constellation. "i mean, i guess so, I've never really thought about it before." i replied, staring out of the port window, looking at the endless black ink that separated us from any civilisation. "Dr. Ryland grace," stratt called as she walked into the lab, Ryland instantly looking up from what he was doing. "this is Dr. lyra hope, she will be helping you with the examining and breeding of astrophage." "hey," i smiled at him, "its nice to meet you." i didn't fail to notice the faint blush that had appeared onto his cheeks. "uh- hey, its nice to uh- meet you too." what will happen when there memories start to come back? will it bring them closer? or will betrayal drive them apart?

The main character is an ex pornstar, but any sexual scenes are going to be kept as subtly and as brief as possible, not TOO explicit in details (with one future exception) Overall, this IS a story on Christian faith and redemption through God, but I won't pull too many punches. Not only are there A LOT of cliches and stereotypes in Christian stories and media, but also a lot of topics that tend to get ignored, such as pornographic topics. However, I believe that it IS important that we acknowledge them, and even more so, I believe it's important to HAVE stories involving Christian faith, that contain a sense of realism, like this one.
