This is my first book 😅 but anyways. This book is based off of the Graceling books so yes there might be a few recognizable names in here and I give all credit of those names to Kristin Cashore because she's amazing! But back to the description lol. Karliegh is a young Graceling who is about to go in before the King and Prince to be chosen as one of the Prince's "special" guards, she is accompanied by five other young Gracelings and of course what a surprise Monsters. As she goes into the throne room for the "test" she notices something is completely different and it's about to change her life completely. P.S. I promise the story is wayyy better than my description lol so please read to your liking 😁ciao

A Bitterblue (of the Graceling Trilogy by Kristin Cashore) Fanfic. After Saf goes to The Dells with the other explorers, Bitterblue has doubts even though he had left on good terms with her. She struggles to decide whether she should wait for him to return, if he ever does, or to move on. A year passes with no word from Saf, so when the striking graceling stranger with one gray eye and the other blue-green appears at her court, vying for her affections, she is inexplicably drawn to him. They grow very close, until, two years after his departure, Saf returns from the Dells. This is a fanfic I made in school of the book series Graceling by Kristin Cashore. She ran with all her might form the men that chased her even tho she knew that they were one kilometers away from her. While running her hat fell off and the bun she had tied her hair in opened up to reveal her black, long and flowing hair. There was roots everywhere as she ran in a dark forest trying to reach a light and getting away from those that chased her. She also knew that they had hounds chasing her which is the reason why she kept running. Exhausted and having her head bombarded with questions such as "Why?", "Weren't they my family?" and "Shouldn't they support and protect me?" she kept running. They wanted her, and her grace. They didn't consider her feelings and well being even though they are family. No, they rather sell her out to get what they want.

In this story we meet a 17 year old girl that goes by Shadow. She is graced. She has a stealth grace, but like most graclings, Shadow hasn't yet mastered her grace. Her grace creeps into the minds of the people she comes across and they simply don't notice her. She's not invisible, she just appears to be a normal stranger walking down the road. Because of her grace no one ever remembers her.... No one, except Aiden.
