A biker bar hardly seemed like the type of place that grad student Damian would end up. And bad boy Jason hardly seemed like the kind of guy who would sweep Damian off his feet. And yet; here we are.

This is my second poetry book. Book 1 is published on Amazon.com and is called "Out of the Abyss". This collection of poems shows my life at a time when everything was going well and then it wasn't. A lot happened between 2009 and 2012. Every book of poetry I put together, my hope is that my words will help someone else with their lives; to make a difference. The cover is a sun and moon meaning the circle of life and a symbolic version of the title because after all, everything in life is like calling to like. ***All rights reserved © 2012 by Olga Pinsky***

ETA: 08/02/2020 - Eh, I'm making a fanfic outta this, under my oonaseckar / gothicmork IDs. It works better. Janna isn't a werewolf. So what? Should that prevent her taking a werewolves-only advanced module that will give her a leg-up to the graduate school advanced degree of her choice? That's discrimination, right? There has to be a law against it... So she goes to discuss the issue with the course professor: Dr Shane Woodlock. Hot, cultured, brilliant: and a wolf. What could possibly go wrong? image used for cover - https://openclipart.org/detail/247129/gold-fairy-sitting-on-crescent-moon-no-background public domain.

Abigail never expected to see Austin again-the boy who once made her laugh until her cheeks hurt, whose eyes lit up when he talked about dreams and starlit skies. Years later, fate throws them back into each other's lives. But Austin isn't the boy she remembers-he's engaged. Was it always just friendship between them... or did they both bury something deeper? As old memories stir and unresolved emotions surface, Abigail and Austin must face the truth: Is love a thing of the past... or a temptation neither of them can resist? © All material is copyrighted. Hi! I'm Angeline, a first-year law student up at Cornell. With casebooks thicker than my legs, moot court, memos and the like, the creative within me gasps for life. So, I'm trying to write a little something every day, whether musings about law school, my (unique) apartment, or random stuff. I welcome comments and criticism. :)

I'll be the first to admit I'm terrible at nonfiction. I don't care how many A's I get, I don't enjoy nonfiction/academic writing in the least and don't think I'm very good at it. For this paper, we had to pick an author and analyze three of their books from a linguistic standpoint. I didn't understand what I was doing, I forgot to re-read, I winged it...and got an A. If I didn't know this professor was very good at sticking to the letter of the law, I would think he was crazy.
