This is a kid's book called "the dark is rising", this is the second edition, I haven't done the first one yet but I will once I finish this, it's a very good book so I recommend you and other people to read it, I'm writing it in wattpad because I want other people to know about this and read it too, for those who don't have it or can't find it. basically, the MC, Will Stanton will become one of the old ones when he turns 11, having a special ability that only the light of the old ones have, he is known as the sign seeker, to find the six signs as the last old one and defeat the dark, his mentor, merriman Lyon, also known as Merlin, is also an old one, and the first and oldest. if you want to know more, you can find out my reading the story I wrote, I copied everything in the book just so you can experience how the story goes and if the main character can win against the dark.
