Sometimes in life there are things that you take for granted that you really shouldn't. I know you can't help it sometimes, but maybe when you're sitting in front of your parents and they start lecturing you for no reason and you just want to tell them to shut up, think about how much you're going to wish you can hear their voice when they are gone. Or think about how much you will wish for their advice when you can no longer have it. I know I am not the only person who has been through such a tragedy, but as most of you will understand, you can feel your loneliest when you lose one of your parents. The one thing you wish for is to be able to hear their voice. You wish you could go back to the day that they were yelling at you to clean your room and because you're a thirteen year old girl, you yell at them "I hate you" and slam the door so hard it would make anyone believe you actually paid for it. But in this story, I'm not going to tell you how sad it is or how I wish it didn't happen, but instead, I'll show you how such a negative thing can push me to make such a positive change to my life.

We all feel like we're losing our mind sometimes. I did too , and I sort out help for it and got stupidly lucky with my psychologist . After a year of being my therapist, my psychologist got selected for a PhD program and I couldn't be any happier for her . I've never met her or seen her , we only ever did our sessions over the phone. Here's something I wrote after our last session together .

Salamat 😊
