The Galactic Regents have sent a fleet of the Imperial Navy to blockade the planet Giddeon in the Chara system (Beta Canum Venaticorum). Giddeon is the local name for the planet Chara Prime. The inhabitants of the planet have no idea why their planet has been targeted by the Imperial Regents-the first Colony of what used to be earth that founded after the development of the singularity drive. Now the people wait, expecting an invasion of Royal Marines once the fleet degrades the planetary defenses sufficiently. Some heroes create their own villains, and some villains create their own heroes. When an experiment goes horribly wrong at the research facility Fury sent him to investigate, S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent Clint Barton finds himself having to call on friends old and new to help him take down a dangerous super-villain with power to defy the laws physics.

Aurlaan, a normal teenager from future human civilization is on the run from his grandfather Ab'ar, the ruler of the human race, a power-hungry old man who now needs control over one of the fundamental forces of the universe, the secret to which is Aurlaan himself. Sent to the present earth by his father, Aurlaan now sets on a journey to find his destiny.

The training of Agent Jason Lee (or Jay Lee) prepared him for a lot of things, giving the current state of the world he was ready to not only tear down terrorist organizations like HYDRA or others, but also ready for high tech menaces, space invaders, mystical beings, chemical experiments gone wrong and any other danger in today's world, after all he is an Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D., what he wasn't ready is to find himself a sort of family on the way.
