The story follows Baylee Curtis, the youngest of the crew. How the death of her parents and being raised by her brothers and the gang on the east side affected her everyday life. Growing up Greaser isn't easy, especially for a twelve-year-old girl who's desperate to belong yet determined to prove she can stand on her own. Every day is a balancing act. Between childhood and survival, between loyalty and danger, between keeping quiet and fighting back. With tensions rising between the Socs and the Greasers, Baylee finds herself pulled deeper into a world of violence, secrets, and choices that no kid should have to make. If she slips up, even once, the state could step in and tear her family apart for good. Can Baylee keep herself out of trouble long enough to hold her family together? Or will the streets of Tulsa swallow her whole? This is a fan fiction based on the book/movie 'The Outsiders'. I do not own any of the original main characters from either series. This is the first fan fiction that I have ever written, and let it be known I am not an English major, so I apologize in advance for any grammatical or punctuational errors. Being a greaser and a hoodlum has trained him to be cold since the first time he was arrested at ten. But for the first time in years, something is starting to thaw. Thanks to the fire boy known as Johnny Cade. It's confusing and wrong and absolutely terrifying. Dallas knows this story will never have a happy ending, but he's suicidal enough to play along. (Obviously contains HEAVILY IMPLIED Johnny x Dally. It's not the entire story, but, I mean. Come on.) (I actually turned an incomplete version of this fanfic to my Language Arts teacher). Y/n Curtis is a 14 year old girl, Ponyboys twin sister. When you and Ponyboy were born, your parents had no idea you'd be there. They only expected a little baby boy, but when you came along with him it was a surprise of course..but they still loved me. Darry was always over-protective of me and Sodapop always had my back during arguments. But me and Ponyboys bond was special, because we were twins. Born on the same day. We shared a home since we were born. We're connected. And we've always been close.

This is how the war between Socs and Greasers started. It is set in the 1940's and features none other than the Curtis brothers parents. This is just a fan fiction about how the division started I hope you all enjoy. :)
