There are rules the gods refuse to break. There are things even immortals are afraid of. And somehow, for reasons nobody will explain to her properly, Ava seems to be at the center of it all. Unfortunately for everyone involved, Ava has never been very good at staying out of trouble.

They didn't intend to fall in love, but what can you do? The gods are mad and Ezra just wants to keep Evangeline safe. But she just wants to protect him and be apart of his world.
