IMAGINE BEING the daughter of the god of the Underworld. Well, welcome to cabin 13. Penelope looked just like a normal girl. Dirty blonde hair that reached far past her shoulders which she usually kept in braids while training, sparkling blue eyes and freckles splattered across her face which you could easily connect to make the constellations in the sky. She was tall enough for her age and honestly quite cute. She didn't resemble her father in anyway physically but campers still cowered at the sight of her. Her whole life was flipped the moment her eyes fell on the boy with the calming sea green eyes, unruly black hair and lopsided smile. A clash of fire and water, children of the big three, legendary hero's but unlikely friends. But maybe it's their differences that bring them together...

But sometimes, even the wildest storm draws in life.

Hera is fed up with Zeus! When they first got married he promised to be faithful to her and not take anymore wives. Well he must have been crossing his fingers because he has had MANY more wives and Hera is on her last nerve. The last time she tried to have a kid without him didn't turn out so well, no offense Hephaestus, so she decided after millennia of contemplating, that she would break her vows also and see how he liked it. Hera was getting really tired of having to think up new and creative ways to kill Zeus's girlfriends anyway. She knew that if she tried to have a kid with any of the other gods that they would tell Zeus, so that left the queen of the gods no choice but to resort to...a mortal.

The plots good, the enemy is unexpected, and ya. I involved a lot of "pop culture" lore, but much of it is deeper and a result from research.
