I am a citizen of Dema. I am an escapee. I have failed time and time again. I have never seen the world outside this city, but one day I hope to. One day I will. My friend Clancy is like me. He is a citizen of Dema. He is an escapee. He is an exception. He has seen the world outside these imposing walls. He tells me about these people he's seen. He hasn't been able to speak with them yet, but he gets closer with each escape. I'm going to ask him to take me the next time he goes. I want to see these people for myself. I want to know if we can survive outside of Dema. Because I want to live.

Armaan's fury exploded. He took a predatory step toward Anika, eyes burning with a decade of repressed rage. She retreated until she hit the wall, trembling. "Ar... Armaan, listen..." "Is this why you tried to run?" he asked, his voice dropping to a dangerous silkiness. How could she tell him that the man she had loved for ten years was the one currently caging her? "Listen to me, Mrs. Anika Armaan Singh Rathore," he said, pinning her against the cold stone. He was so close she could feel the heat of his breath. "No one is allowed in your life but me. Don't you dare think of him. I would kill him, I promise." He leaned his head heavily on her shoulder, his silence claiming her soul.

"Kanuu, explain something to me," Vidhi muttered, staring at the moon like it was his customer-care department. "Why did you invent men with egos bigger than the Himalayas but emotional maturity of a boiled potato?" She muttered swinging her legs sitting on the wall of empty terrace "Anyway, I've decided. If you ever plan to send one into my life, make sure he's quiet... because I'm not reducing my volume for anyone." ＼(^_^)／＼(^_^)／＼(^_^)／ Arav rubbed his forehead and stared at the wall of the barracks like it had personally betrayed him. "Unbelievable," he muttered under his breath. In ten minutes, that woman had questioned his strategy, mocked his serious face, called him "Mr. Gorilla," and then walked away like she had just delivered a public service announcement.. He exhaled slowly, the calm soldier in him trying very hard to stay calm. "God give me patience," he whispered. A pause. "...or a helmet. Can darkness be ever explained? Yes? No! Darkness differs from person to person and how funny is that one claim to able to describe it but in reality, no one knows what they are really dealing with. 'Darkness' such a simple word as if nothing is there to be worried off but unaware of the fact that it can be as the absence of light or way much more horrible than this. Better to seek light and always it is dominion instead of mocking around about darkness which could be more darker than you can ever imagine.
