Doctor Strange receives a vision of the future. May Parker will die on Memorial Day the day before Peter Parker's high school graduation on 2018. Peter devastated that one of his mentors Tony Stark aka Iron Man approved of the new Empire and the destruction of the Avengers and the Jedi Order decides to be a friendly neighborhood Peter Parker by improving his flight engineering skills so that he could get accepted into Skystrike Academy in Colorado alongside his girlfriend MJ and best friend Ned. However Dr. Strange's visions start to come to fruition when an amnesiac Norman Osborn (from the Spectacular Spider-Man universe) arrives in New York/Lothal without a warning. Osborn warns of a warrior empowered by the Force who operates as a crime boss; he is a terrifying figure known as Maul. Peter Parker realizes he needs to resume the mantle of Spider-Man to prevent the vision of Aunt May's death coming true and to stop Maul from accessing a power that terrifies Strange more than Thanos gaining the Infinity Stones. The Multiversal Core which can bend all of existence to the controllers will.
