after the great sacrifice of both Princess Allura and the former Empress Honerva, Altea was once again recreated garnering peace within the universe. Pidge returned to Earth together with her family, and Shiro finally got married. Keith returned the peace and strengthened the alliance between the Galra Empire and the rest of the galaxy. Hunk became the master chef that binds all the other alien species together for a meal. Lance however, stayed in the new Altea. He surrounded himself with the things Allura loves and became an Altean himself after the princess passed on a few of her quintessence to him before her own destruction. All was well at the moment. Lance was finally getting the hang of things and accepting that Allura, the love of his life is gone. He finally moved on with his life and maybe learn to love again. Everything was going well... or so he thought...

Apollo has been Zarkons prisoner for 10,000 years, but she knew him before all of that. Apollo is the original paladin of the white lion, the heart of Voltron. Zarkon was like a father to her. It was said that the White and Black lion had a powerful connection, that they could sense the other in danger. the white lion is the power source to Voltron, it is also the connecting piece that makes Voltron so powerful. But all that changed when Zarkon attacked. He lured Apollo away and trapped her in a Cyro tube, sending her into a deal sleep. She is later woken up 10,000 years later in a galra space craft, in a cell next to a strange human. And well....you'll just have to read to get the full story.
