There's been deaths of many nobles that have not been documented by reapers. Grell has been tasked with figuring out the cause of peculiar deaths. This is a seperate universe from the Black Butler original story. Some aspects of demons, reapers and plots have been changed. Grell will be referred to with He/Him pronouns unless being referred to by Lady Eleanor, herself and the narrator. I am not from the United Kingdom myself therefore the vocab may be slightly off than what would actually be said.

Rebekah never knew what they meant, but that was until she learned that her brother had formed a contract with a demon, Sebastian Michaelis. After they meet the star mark on her neck turned into the initials S.M., telling Sebastian that she is his mate. But when they meet the Grim Reaper, William T. Spears, how will Rebekah feel about him also being her mate, much to Sebastian's annoyance . Can a demon and a grim reaper put aside their hatred for each other to protect their mate?

William never heard his alarm go off, which was his first mistake. His second mistake was leaving a marker out, and lastly, his third mistake was forgetting to lock the door to his dorm before he fell asleep

Quick disclaimer : I do not own any of the black butler characters. I only own a bit of the story line. This book is slightly different than my other fanfics. Has a more deep feeling imbedded into it but is still a little hilarious at times. And also has a long chapters for all of you who love to read.

Reapers that have resigned are then Deserters, having all their duties as a Reaper terminated. Willow decided it was the only way to be with Sebastian, and now, she's traveling with him and Ciel. Still, it seems like Sebastian is keeping something from her, and let's face it: quitting is never easy for her. What's making things so difficult?

*PLEASE READ* I want to make clear that I have always seen Grell as a male character that just acts gay or way too feminine. So, for this, I will be using "he/him" pronouns. Please don't hate me about this. After all, Grell is a fictional character and he is not real so I doubt he will be either offended or flattered for using wrong or right pronouns. I dont see the reason to lose much time over this and since he is fictional, he can be viewed as readers would like to see him. I see him as a gender confused person that swings between being a man (I mean, he has the body of a man) and acting like a woman (he does refer to himself as a woman from time to time, whenever he is flirting) so that's all. Thanks in advance. ~ It was y/n 's first day of work in the great library where the Grim Reapers stored the books of the souls they have harvested. Y/n 's job was to take care of the books and organize them. Since she was a perfectionist, she excelled in her work and she was very good looking that almost all the people who were working there had a crush on her. After all, there were hardly any female grim reapers around so her presence did cause trouble. However, there was one flamboyant reaper that was quite annoyed with her arrival, firstly because she gained attention that once belonged to him and secondly because her behavior towards him was something that angered him yet, he was quite obsessed to irritate her or tried his best to make her pay attention to him. Grell. Something about her was making him question about his feelings and the male part of him was responding to her in questionable ways. Little did he knew that she already, from all the reapers, had chosen him and had a huge crush on, but, she tried very hard to not show it and she was successful. After all, choosing him was something she wasn't very happy about...but one day...
