This book speaks about the daily life of the main character named Ray. Ray is a retired father who dresses up in work attire everyday despite having no where to go. Ray would get ready and head to his car just to sit in the air conditioning and speak to women all day. Ray is a known cheater and "gyalist" as many say within the Caribbean. This story happens in a small neighborhood in the Caribbean island known as Grenada. This character is known for arguing, tomfoolery and for being quite a nuisance. Ray is also quite nosey or in Grenadian terms "Macocious".
