James Phillips was none too eager to go to the backwater colonies of America. At least he'd get to see actual soldiers up close and hopefully hear word of his Father having procured the wild lands he had so wanted. Until then he'd try not to be sick on the boat. What use would an English boy be? If he wasn't swotty and oh so sophisticated, he'd be another vile soldier trouncing upon a land that wasn't theirs. Where was the nobility in that? Sarah may earn her keep as a simple chambermaid but she wouldn't have Ben Franklin's print shop degraded and destroyed. At least not out of malice. A boy and a girl crossing paths in 1773 bearing witness to history and the birth of a country. What if the roles were reversed and James were the Loyalist and Sarah the spitfire Patriot? For anyone who doesn't know what I'm blathering on about this will be a reversed roles AU for the cartoon Liberty's Kids. As always constructive criticism is encouraged.

But redemption came in the strangest forms, in young, albino girl that so reminded him of the sister he loved. They have never met, and will probably never meet, but it was in her letters that he found his final sanctuary. After all, it was only a dream in the night. And when the sun rises, all shall fade like mist in the early spring morning.

The war was won twenty years ago. The hard part is keeping the peace. For two decades, Sadie and Asher Vance have lived in the quiet aftermath of the Fracture. The iron-fisted High Council is gone, the deceptive propaganda scripts have been erased, and the global Directorate has established a fragile "gray sovereignty" built on compromise and logistics. Sadie has traded her rifle for the sanctuary of a cottage greenhouse, while Asher manages the delicate, late-night diplomacy required to keep the continental resource grid stable. But a generation has grown up who never lived through the collapse of the old spires. To them, the peace is just boring background noise, and the compromises of the Directorate look like a bloodless betrayal. Deep in the subterranean industrial rim of Sector 4, a radical group calling themselves the New Vanguard is romanticizing the old days of absolute conflict. Led by the young and bitter Silas Vance, they are manually siphoning the city's kinetic reserves to build a parallel infrastructure, dangerously threatening to collapse the continental grid. Worse still, tech analyst Leo discovers that the resource drain isn't just a labor strike-it's a signal. A call sent straight into the radioactive, storm-swept dead zone of the Iron Flats, where an ancient Vanguard military network has just answered. Faced with a militant mobilization and the rigid mathematical pragmatism of General Kael-who is all too ready to use a pre-emptive tactical strike to save the capital-Sadie and Asher must step out of their sanctuary and back onto the front lines. Flying a low-profile skiff directly into a devastating Class-5 dust storm, they must confront the ghosts of their past before the fragile baseline of their world shatters forever. In a world where every defensive action looks like tyranny and every diplomatic delay looks like weakness, Sadie and Asher are about to find out exactly how

Having grown up in the city of Gren, I'd always come to know two things. 1: We were the rejects Dregore didn't want. 2: Only pain and suffering could follow. I'd grown up watching over those who were under my care. It was a tough life. But worth it in the end. Our father figure; Mark was always kind but always ready to knock some sense into us. I'd never wanted it to change. . . And then it happened

We all know Jimminy Cricket. The conscience of a little wooden boy with a notoriously long schnoz. What we don't know is; just how did he feel? Watching someone he cared about make a wrong turn in life? How would he feel being a part of this wrong path? Explore a new perspective in this modern Pinocchio retelling. Warning: In the writing process this story somehow got much darker than expected. Trigger warning for gang activity, death threats, and other criminal activities, because I'm paranoid. Will be rated higher than my previous work. For those still here constructive criticism is encouraged.

Life and death... Strange how two completely different forces are one and the same. Both give, both take, both harm, both do good. And yet... Society shows them both in different lights, death is dark. Malevolent. Life is bright. Benign. That is how it is always seen... Black and white, no grey area... Or is there? Songs will be added and all credits for those songs go to the people who wrote them, I own none of the songs. Song suggestion are always welcome but the author of such must be added to be used in the story.

"An empire of grey cannot survive if the border burns." Following a formal, hard-won non-aggression accord, the foundational war between the Vance High-Council and Mateo's subterranean syndicate has reached a truce. Sadie and Asher have abandoned their dynastic pasts, seeking a quiet, normal life together in a secluded cottage. But eighteen years of underworld conditioning and tactical reflexes do not disappear easily, and peace proves to be a heavy adjustment. The fragile equilibrium shatters when a mutual friend, journalist Leo, uncovers a critical blind spot in the treaty: Sector 9. An extremist coalition known as "The Fracture"-composed of rogue Vanguard soldiers who feel betrayed by the council and syndicate radicals who believe Mateo has gone soft-has occupied the lawless sector. Led by a fanatical former commander, they are stockpiling hybrid military technology to ignite a devastating three-way war. Because official forces entering Sector 9 would trigger a massive political breach and collapse the treaty, the mission falls entirely onto Sadie and Asher. Supported by Mateo, who provides them with unmarked, blacked-out tactical armor, the two must operate completely off the books as "ghosts". Stepping out of retirement and back into the dark, they use a standard pincer protocol to wage a quiet, high-stakes infiltration against The Fracture. This time, they aren't fighting for survival or an underworld kingpin's ledger-they are fighting together as an unbroken front to secure the home and the unwritten grey world they bled to build.

Book One: "Every villain is just a broken hero. In Sadie's case, the villain was her hero." At five years old, Sadie was rescued from the ruins of a catastrophic city battle by the world's greatest shining protector. Raised alongside his biological son, she expected safety -but instead inherited a nightmare. Driven by a poisonous, lifelong resentment of his father's favoritism, Sadie's brother inherits the mantle of "Hero" and turns his calculated cruelty and physical abuse upon her, treating her like a hidden punching bag. Trapped in a cycle of servitude and hyper-vigilance, Sadie's life fractures completely during a stormy night when her brother's sworn enemy-the city's most feared underground syndicate kingpin, Mateo-discovers her hidden physical scars. Infuriated by the hypocrisy of a self-righteous protector, Mateo takes her away to his penthouse stronghold. What begins as a terrifying abduction transforms into a slow journey of healing. Under the roof of a villain who fiercely adopts her as his daughter, Sadie learns to survive, re-evaluate her view of the world, and train for the conflict to come. When she is enrolled in high school for a chance at a normal life, her world collides with Asher-an arrogant but intensely devoted boy carrying the bloodline of the city's powerful elite High Council. As secrets unravel and an all-out political war erupts between the Council and Mateo's underground empire, Sadie and Asher are forced to break their family molds. Bound by a deep, undeniable connection, they fight to tear up the old ledger of absolute good and evil, discovering safety in the quiet gray space of a shared destiny.

Sequel to Izuku's Holiday Adventures in UA, Book 2. HIGHLY RECOMMEND: recommend to read the first book, it will fill lots of the information from this book. If your ok with just rolling along with some holes and flaws in your understanding of why the book is like this then go ahead and read the book, if your ok with just going with the flow. If you would like to understand all of the details and information in the book, then please read the first book which has lots of important info that will definitely help understand this book. Nezu knows that there's something stange about Izuku Midoriya, he knows it and his instincts scream it. But he can't prove it... but of course he has a plan to solve that problem. All it took was accidentally getting the attention of Principal Nezu, the smartest creature in the world. Now Izuku is stuck in a UA Civil War, fighting 39 hero course students to win himself a favor from the principal and a spot for Shinso in the hero course. A 2 vs 39 war, who will win? Pray for our favourite Green Boi as he tries to win the game while also hiding what he's capable of from Nezu, his friends and his teachers. Watch as he also manages to teach the hero course and Shinso how to become better at fighting and using their brain in general. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Or: Nezu is interested in Izuku Midoriya, so he puts him into a game where he has no choice but to try win to help his friend. Of course izuku's already planned out everything, and has about 10 back up plans, so watch as he teaches the hero course and Shinso who's boss while also trying to not blowing his perfect cover. (AN: Idk how this will go so wish me luck. As surprising as it is MHA and all its characters do not belong to me! All and any masterpieces of art used are not mine, credits go to the artworks respectful owners. Also own nothing except the events in the story. Hope you enjoy!)
