--- Until monsters from every world began appearing through rifts, randomly manifesting across the planet. After 10 years of immense suffering, humanity endured countless military losses, as even a single Category D monster could kill more than 300,000 soldiers, while a Category H monster could wipe out 7 to 10 million soldiers and cause massive destruction. However, in those 10 years, only three Category H monsters appeared. After all that, humanity discovered alien technology that allowed humans to fuse with crystals, which granted them a random power or transformation. Nowadays, this is used across the entire planet. As soon as you are born, a crystal is implanted in your brain. Only 30% develop great power, 10% gain powers of national-level importance, while the rest receive abilities that are either strong or useless, serving only for daily life. ---

High school is my favourite period in my life. This is where I found myself, known myself even more, and got to know the people around me as well. Teenage life is one of the best thing that will happen to anyone, but being a teenager isn't always about party, love, hangouts, and fun things. It's also about learning a lot from the things you've gone through as you grow old. This is my story of how I ended my high school life, and how I left my old self behind. NOTE: This is a narration and description of short events that has happened to me (Ashborn, the author) throughout the last two years of my high school life. This is not not a long fictional story.
