Will Jackson get April back before the wedding? Will Cristina and Owen work everything out and Cristina give in to get a kid? Will Callie forgive Arizona for cheating? Will Meredith and Derek be okay and happy with their new baby? Will Richard survive the storm? Will Alex and his new girl, Jo, stay strong? What will happen at the hospital and what wouldn't?
