What if in s11, Derek doesn't die? He gets gravely injured like in the episode, but lives? In this story, George doesn't die, he came back from the Army after doing one tour, Izzie is still there and her & Alex are divorced, he's with Jo, and the plane crash happened but everybody survives except Arizona's leg. Cristina didn't go to Zurich, and is divorced from Owen. Callie and Arizona are married, Arizona never cheated, and Sofia has 3 happy and alive parents. Mark and Lexie are engaged!
