Angst for our little pesky bird cuz who doesn't love grian angst

Hello, welcome to the 13th layer of hell. This is where I'm going to dump the crappy by-products of my story When Past Meets the Present. Whenever I get writers block I like to write something random but related to what I'm trying to make. At the moment it's all angstuccinos with an unhealthy dose of Grian. Some of these aren't half bad so I made this. Don't expect this to be updated regularly or for them to be good. I've rambled again, haven't I? Oops. I'm putting a trigger warning here now, I don't write fluff so this is one big old cup of Grian flavoured despresso. There will be blood, gore and some swears. You have been warned.

Grian has just broken onto the server and passed out from energy loss. As he is surrounded by defensive and curious people he wakes and is forced to explain himself . "why are you here?" "who are you?"" how did you get here?" He felt himself being overwhelmed by questions until their admin arrived. A story of learning to trust, make friends and to break free.

What happens when a bird is caged? Does it fight or take flight? How does Grian find himself in hermitcraft after Evo, and what happens when his past catches up? Grian finds himself battling to keep his secrets, yet the world has a different plan and he finds himself in a terrible situation.

This is an Au where instead of joining hermitcraft after escaping the watchers, grian ends up on the dream smp. The timeline is a bit before quackity and the others come to execute technoblade. There will likely be no shipping, except for cannon relationships within the dream smp, and a lot of angst for my favorite pesky bird. There may be some scarian doing the line if the plot progress that way.

He ran to Yandere High School in a frantic attempt to escape his parents, and *him*. Unfortunate for Grian though, Sam followed. And so, he ran again, using his Watcher powers he always feared so much to his advantage. Grian landed in Hermitcraft, where he was finally free to be himself.. kind of. Some hermits never trusted him much, others welcomed his company. However, they were absolutely terrified of Watchers. They *hated* watchers. When Season 7 rolled around, Grian feels something isn't right. He doesn't know whether he should drop his "always happy!" act, or whether he should call for help. He might make his decision too late though. TW// TORTURE, GORE & BLOOD, SELF HARM, DEPRESSION & SEVERE ANXIETY, SUICIDAL THOUGHTS, INHUMAN TREATMENT, DEATH Every chapter will have a labeled warning! Grian thinks he's just going on a peaceful flight around boatem, unfortunately for him, phantoms have other plans. good thing scar is around to help set in season 8 can be seen as romantic or platonic (cover art is not mine)

Grian was getting used to the safety of the Hermitcraft server quite well. He still had bad days in which all the memories of his high school life came back to him and ate away at his mind. However, he also had good days, when he could spend time with his friends and live happily, normally. On one of his bad days though, he finds a white bunny with a nametag reading 'Sam' wrapped around it's neck. It was an accident, surely, probably part of Stress's shenanigans. Probably just a coincidence that the handwriting spelling the name looked like someone else's... someone from Grian's past. But Grian wasn't thinking of what it probably was when he ran. But it turns out, running has consequences. OR Samgladiator joined the game A YHS/Hermicraft fanfic, involves very mild Grumbo shipping but you can read it as purely platonic if that's what you want. Trigger warnings are: death (not permadeath), knives, stabbing, abuse, fighting, manipulation, PTSD, Sam being Sam, blood and general angsty stuff. Don't worry though, it has a happy ending! Also yes my front cover and chapter titles are very imaginative. Word count: approx 10200

Darkness surrounded the area, the pitch black adding to Grian's anxiety. Purple wisps and shadows obscuring his vision, all whispering intrusive thoughts. He crashed his knees against the ground, which almost seemed like it was pulling him down. We follow Grian as he moves to this strange new place. He makes friends after a rough start, growing up with them and becoming very close. Grian is met with challenges and secrets. The friends are forced to fight to save their world, and soon traveling to different universes. After the cycle repeating- the traveling, fighting, winning, and moving on- Grian is faced with difficult choices. He and his friends are trapped in infinite whole. Theres is nothing left in their universe. Grian finds his true destiny. But he must choose whether he wants to stay with his friends, only to have the cycle continue, or he must move on without them. Being separated, for who knows how long. What will happen? What will he do? How does he get here? You Will Have To Find Out...
