Thomas wakes up in the box left only with his name to remember. Shawn lies unconscious next to Thomas in the box, bruises covering her as if she'd been beat. Nick welcomes them to the Glade as the leader. Newt hangs back desperate for an escape whether it be death or life. Minho is brave and curious. He wants to know what's beyond the walls of the Glade. All five of them are subjects of WCKD. Variables to be tested. But what happens when you can't control the experiment any more? Just like everyone else, Hunter, wakes up in the box clueless. Her memory wiped and not knowing where she is going. When she again wakes up in the glade, she becomes friends with some people, to her surprise she is the only girl.
