Many people may be under the impression that Teresa was the first female Glader, but this is not the case... Rory was the first girl of the glade. She is a tough, witty, sarcastic, and independent girl who doesn't take crap from anyone. She may be quiet, but she isn't afraid to speak her mind when needed. Join Rory as she navigates life in the glade as the only girl. This story is written in Rory's pov and her love interest is the one and only Newt. This is a slow-burn friends-to-lovers story so I am sorry if you are wanting something more fast-paced. This story follows the first Maze Runner book and movie (probably mostly the movie but we'll see - and if all things go well I plan on making more following all the other books). I would still really appreciate your reading because I will try to make this as realistic and close to the books and movies as possible. When Teresa arrived in the Glade, all of the Gladers were surprised, except for Newt, Minho, and a couple of others. They were the only ones who knew that Teresa wasn't actually the first girl in the Glade. I own nothing but the plot and my original characters.
