Harper and Griffin make a return to the Tremont as parents with some friends and family. As their kids explore Sulphur Springs and the Tremont they end up finding the bunker and time-traveling to the past! As more people get their attention on the bunker, A new ghost winds up terrorizing Harper any time she's alone. Will the ghost, past and future be saved?
